Ministry Team Leader - Jim Ressler

This team is responsible for providing a suitable, clean, well-maintained and attractive facility and property that meets the needs of the congregation and is appealing to our guests.

The Building and Grounds Ministry Team will provide a level of service that pleases the staff, elders, and congregation and that makes a positive impression on visitors. This ministry team will be maintained in an always ready state to support the mission of ARCC. This ministry team will attempt to resolve within two weeks all maintenance concerns reported to them, faster for critical issues.

Routine Duties Related to this Ministry:

• Inspects the facility and schedules repairs and improvements
• Organizes indoor and outdoor work days
• Oversees the custodial duties, lawn care and snow removal, church vehicle upkeep and other matters pertaining to building and property maintenance
• Coordinates with local election officials regarding the use of the building as a precinct site in local and general elections (see Building Issues, Local & General Elections)
• Oversees the process for protecting the parking lot from becoming public domain (see Building Issues, Communal Domain)
